WES: 21:15 The Lord, and c. - The Benjamites were the only authors of the sin, but God was the chief author of the punishment, and the Israelites were but his executioners.
MHC: 17:7-13 Micah thought it was a sign of God's favour to him and his images, that a Levite should come to his door.
