Acts 19:12 Parallel Translations

People would take handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched Paul's skin to those who were sick. Their sicknesses would be cured, and evil spirits would leave them.(GOD'S WORD®)

So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.

Commentaries and Concordances

PNT:

19:11,12 God wrought special miracles. If miracles are wrought, it is always God's work, and he can work them as he wills. In this case, in order to magnify the name of his preacher, he left his power go with articles that were carried from Paul to the sick. The Lord, in his wisdom, can make use of any instrument he chooses.

19:12 Evil spirits - Who also occasioned many of those diseases, which yet might appear to be purely natural.
