NASB: The burden of the word of the LORD concerning Israel. [Thus] declares the LORD who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him, (NASB ©1995) GWT: This is the prophetic revelation, the word of the LORD about Israel. The LORD-who spread out the heavens, laid the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit in a person-says, (GOD'S WORD®) KJV: The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
