NASB: and a spirit seizes him, and he suddenly screams, and it throws him into a convulsion with foaming [at the mouth]; and only with difficulty does it leave him, mauling him [as it leaves]. (NASB ©1995)
GWT: Whenever a spirit takes control of him, he shrieks, goes into convulsions, and foams at the mouth. After a struggle, the spirit goes away, leaving the child worn out. (GOD'S WORD®)
KJV: And, lo, a spirit taketh him, and he suddenly crieth out; and it teareth him that he foameth again, and bruising him hardly departeth from him.
