NASB: He brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him and said, "You are Simon the son of John; you shall be called Cephas " (which is translated Peter). (NASB ©1995) GWT: Andrew brought Simon to Jesus. Jesus looked at Simon and said, "You are Simon, son of John. Your name will be Cephas" (which means "Peter"). (GOD'S WORD®) KJV: And he brought him to Jesus.
