NASB: "From the city men groan, And the souls of the wounded cry out; Yet God does not pay attention to folly. (NASB ©1995) GWT: Those dying in the city groan. Wounded people cry for help, but God pays no attention to their prayers. (GOD'S WORD®) KJV: Men groan from out of the city, and the soul of the wounded crieth out: yet God layeth not folly to them.
