NASB: Who proceed down to Egypt Without consulting Me, To take refuge in the safety of Pharaoh And to seek shelter in the shadow of Egypt! (NASB ©1995) GWT: They go to Egypt without asking me. They look for shelter under Pharaoh's protection and look for refuge in Egypt's shadow.
