NASB: The side chambers were in three stories, one above another, and thirty in each story; and the side chambers extended to the wall which [stood] on their inward side all around, that they might be fastened, and not be fastened into the wall of the temple [itself]. (NASB ©1995) GWT: The rooms were arranged on three different stories. There were 30 rooms on each story. These rooms had supports all the way around the temple wall, but these supports were not fastened to the temple wall. (GOD'S WORD®) KJV: And the side chambers were three, one over another, and thirty in order; and they entered into the wall which was of the house for the side chambers round about, that they might have hold, but they had not hold in the wall of the house.
