NASB: So the twelve summoned the congregation of the disciples and said, "It is not desirable for us to neglect the word of God in order to serve tables. (NASB ©1995) GWT: The twelve apostles called all the disciples together and told them, "It's not right for us to give up God's word in order to distribute food. (GOD'S WORD®) KJV: Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables. ASV: And the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not fit that we should forsake the word of God, and serve tables.
