NASB: I think then that this is good in view of the present distress, that it is good for a man to remain as he is. (NASB ©1995) GWT: Because of the present crisis I believe it is good for people to remain as they are. (GOD'S WORD®) KJV: I suppose therefore that this is good for the present distress, I say, that it is good for a man so to be.
